Orders

How do I place an order?

Step 1: Click “Add to Cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Step 2: Once you have done browsing our web store, click the “Cart” button in the top right corner.
Step 3: Click the “Checkout” button. It will redirect you to a login page. If you don't have an account yet, kindly register an account before proceeding to your payment.
Step 4: Fill out the shipping details and confirm your ordered items.
Step 5: Click “next” and select your shipping methods.
Step 6: Click the "next" button. You may select your preferred payment method and proceed with the payment.
Step 7: Re-confirm your order and click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment: credit or debit cards via MOLPay. For orders placed on Facebook, you may pay using cash deposit or online transfer.

Can I cancel my order?

Once orders are made and payment is done, we are unable to cancel your order.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Step 1: Click “Forgot your password?” and fill in your email address that used to register the account.
Step 2: Click the "Submit" button.
Step 3: An password reset email will be sent to you.
Step 4: Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password.

Delivery

What are the shipping fees?

We offer a flat rate of RM7 shipping fee per order within Peninsular Malaysia and RM10 per order within East Malaysia. Shipping fee will be waived for orders over RM180 within Peninsular Malaysia and RM200 within East Malaysia.

Do you ship internationally and what are the rates?

We do ship to Singapore and Malaysia only. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically during the checkout based on weight and shipping country.

*Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched within 3 to 7 working days by DHL e-commerce or PosLaju after order confirmation.

How long does the delivery usually takes?

For deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 3 to 7 working days and 7 to 10 working days for East Malaysia & rural areas. For international shipping, it may take up to 20 working days, depending on shipping address.

Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

You may track the status of your parcel with respective courier service website with the tracking number we provide. If you still haven’t received your order after the estimated delivery time frame shown on courier tracking page, please contact us and we will assist you further.

What if I’m not around and missed the delivery?

If you’re not in when the parcel arrives, our courier partner will leave a note at your doorstep. There will be details on how to pick up your parcel or re-arrange the delivery.

Returns

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you may return your purchased item based on terms and condition of returns and refunds policy. Please refer to return policy for further details.

What is the restocking fee for a return?

All returns will be subjected to a restocking fee of 20% per item value.

I received a faulty or incorrect item, what should I do?

We will arrange the carrier to collect the faulty or incorrect item from you and send you a replacement upon receiving the return item.
